What was the highlight of Honkiniemi
A good place to stay in the summer.
The room was not too fancy, but we got everything we needed. There were plenty of free activities in the area, which was nice. The beach sauna was a really good experience. The breakfast was okay.
The reception was closed the whole time of our stay, so it was a little difficult to communicate with the staff.

What was the highlight of Honkiniemi
Family trip to Powerpark, Härmä by car from Helsinki area.
Location has a good one if you are travelling to Powerpark or Härmä by car. Breakfast has a basic but a good one. There find a sauna amenities, possible reserve own sauna, only 15 €/hour. Also other free activities example SUP, Kayak.
Because this is a "nature camp centre" rooms are not a hotel class. So please look photos, they shows well how rooms looks like.

What was the highlight of Honkiniemi
A good cottage retreat
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely cottage and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to unwind and enjoy my stay to the fullest. The range of activities available kept me entertained throughout, and the stunning natural surroundings added a touch of tranquility to my getaway.
One of the major drawbacks was the lack of cleanliness under the furnitures. We noticed a significant amount of dust and dirt accumulated there (although general cleanliness of the beds and furniture surfaces was great!). Additionally, the kitchen was equipped with only melamine plates, rendering them unsuitable for microwave use, which was quite inconvenient.

What was the highlight of Honkiniemi
Exceptional
The area is beautiful and peaceful. Buildings are in good condition and clean without any "cottage odours". Sauna and swimming experience was excellent, well worth of that 15€. The breakfast was more camping like than continental, but tasty. Young man at the reception was kind and helpful. At the same time with our visit there was a summer camp for Lutheran youngsters going on. That brought some life and action to the area without any disturbance. It seems that Lutheran church of Seinäjoki has succeeded to create a good and appreciative atmosphere on their summer camp, big respect to that.
